Hi guys. I have been reading many guides throuth internet and all of them says to upgrade just STAMINA and ENERGY until lvl 100.
So, dont worry about other stats until you reach lvl 100.
There are 3 types of leveling. Focus on ENERGY, focus on STAMINA and BALANCE.
1) Focus on ENERGY You will get your XP mostly from quest than raids.
2) Focus on STAMINA Basically you will get your XP from raids,
3) BALANCE I extremely recommend this for begginers. I am a begginer myself, and have been applying this strategy very well so far.
When I level up, I always spend 4 points in STAMINA and 1 in ENERGY. Some times I was able to level up 2, 3 or even 4 ups in a row.
In this way I could reach lvl 49 in 27h. No bad I think.

It's actually more benefitial to either go for faster stamina regen or faster energy regen over a balanced regen. You end up losing 5 stat points per hour if you go with a balanced regen. 5 an hour might not sound like a lot but it turns into 120 stat points per day and over the course of an entire year around 43800 exp points. To maximise your exp gained you're better off opting for stamina even though it will cost you in terms of questing. The leveling will go faster. I agree with the stat allocation though! I spend 4 points in stam and 1 in energy every time I level up. I spend any extra stats I gain through crafting on stamina until I reach 7 LSI. At this point you'll start seeing leftover stats which you can spend on attack and defense respectively. Note that this is all leveling an no pvp as focusing on stam and energy this way will render you weak in terms of PvP.

Yes, it is very important reach 7LSI as fast as you can.
